MN World System

The "MN World System" is a proposition for a new functioning of the MN World. Under this system, the exact wealth and strengths of each country would be outlined thanks to a comprehensive gamified addition to the roleplay.

Statistics

Each country has statistics ranging from 0.5 to 1 that it can develop using its skill tree. The average of each statistic generates the Country Overall Rating.

Code Name Description
ECO Economy Represents a country's economic strength. A higher standard of life will lead to a better economy.
EDU Education Represents the effectiveness of a country's education system. Develop educational programs.
EMP Employment Represents a country's ability to keep people employed in a job. Develop this by having companies grow.
HET Health Represents a country's ability to provide quality healthcare.
INF Infrastructure Represents a country's ability to provide quality infrastructure.

Economy

Currencies

For the sake of convenience, in the entire system, the Ordonnian Universal Currency is the used currency. It does not restrict countries from issuing their own currencies.

Taxes

There exists 4 types of taxes used to calculate a country's income. These 4 types are based on the French DGFIP's tax collection statistics.

Value added tax Economy Tax calculated on the basis of the country's population and economy strength.
Income tax Employment, Education Tax calculated on the basis of the country's population, employment, and education stats.
Corporate tax Economy, Population Tax calculated on the basis of a country's economy

Value added tax

The Value Added Tax is calculated based on the country's population and economy strength. It is based on the average VAT per French citizen (2826 €) and is improved or decreased by a country's ECO stat:

VAT = POP * (ECO*3826)

Income tax

Income Tax is calculated based on the country's population and employment. A higher average education will lead to more skilled jobs and will also increase the income tax. Based on the average income tax per French citizen (1188 €)
