The Autonomous Province of Cétrogran (shortened as A.P.O. Cétrogran, or A.P.o. Cétrogran) is a province of Ordonnia situated on the east coast of the former Sancy Island on the other side of the Burfsmarf sea.

It has its own Central Administration and self-governs itself. It is known to be inacessible to anyone but accredited members and to citizens who enlist in a programme to go work in Cétrogran.

History

Cohabitation with Sancy

The west coast of Sancy was formerly called Malino when under administration of Sancy. Meaxis, upon his visit to Malino, was charmed by the territory and offered an acquisition to Sancy. The territory was then transfered to the Empire under unknown circumstances.

To split the new province from the rest of Sancy, Meaxis had the Mur des Trente Mètres (or "Wall of the Thirty Meters") built on the border between Cétrogran and Sancy. The wall, made of reinforced concrete, is supposedly not breakable in any way, shape or form. Only one passage point exists, at Navystu, an exit which lead directly in former Sancy.

First arrivals

The first district to be created is the district of Larrivee, on the former site of Malino. The original Cétrogran project (of which the details are not known, but are supposedly a scientific experiment) were lead by Researcher Vonderas. 10 thousand people were at first arrived to the island.

After time passed, the Central Administration of Cétrogran, adding more arrival outposts, building more cities, eventually growing it to 56 000 people 7 years after, 147 000 people 11 years after, 272 000 people 14 years after, and 376 000 people at its apogee, 16 years after the beginning of the project.

Cétrogran is an island that serves the Empire for various purposes. It mainly is where Leafy Products are fabricated and where Obrie-Obfin runs experiments.

The Central Administration often invites people to head to Cétrogran, using flashy bright propaganda.

Geography

The A.P.O. Cétrogran is split into 12 districts, each with a foundational purpose. However, Cétrogran itself is jungle, rocky mountains, and overall unnavigable terrain except for the coast lines.

The prominent districts of Cétrogran are:

  • 1st District: The original Malino (now Larrivee) and surrounding territories
  • 3rd District: Features the second largest city of the province, Touvabie
