A dynamic chemical induction machine at Sixaem Central

A dynamic chemical induction machine is a machine produced by Obrie-Obfin which dispenses a chemical onto a player. The chemical will then have an effect onto the player, such as restoring health points or increasing speed.

Functioning

To use the machine, the user must scan their Identification Card (or Ordochip tool) onto the Card Scanner on the right of the machine.

The machine stores a certain amount of a chemical, denoted in Lios (a proprietary unit). A full machine holds 50 Lios of one specific liquid.

The user can then select a quantity. The machine will then start dispensing the quantity requested and deplete it from the reservoir.

When fully depleted, the resevoir can only be refilled by an accredited user.

History

These machines were developed in a collaboration between Obrie-Obfin and Ordonnia to enable users to give themselves effects, or to enable accredited people (such as police officers) to increase their stats quickly.

However, these machines have never been properly put in service and still dispense an unknown chemical only when holding an Identification Card with accreditation 120+.

Controversies

The machine has been frequently described as a "fart machine" due to its look and perceived function.
