History
Gataou-tracted trains
The original project for a train in Ordonnia emerged out of a prototype of a platform with wheels on which gataou could be attached at the front. Gataou would then be able to tract the train and thus carry people.
However, once that project was realised, Meaxis saw potential in his first prototype of a functional vehicle. The train was quickly retrofitted with an engine and put on a test track. That test track was in the former Lonaty Street (now Crowsek).
Opening as Line 13
The line opened, first on the segment Lonaty Street <-> Nature. The line saw an initial opening to be pretty popular with people lining up to test it.
Soon enough and with the technology shown to be functional, the line came to be extended to Seylin, to then continue to Sgt. Ledroit, Enfer-Bienvenüe, Noitan, and finally Sixaem Central.
However, as the track had been built as a test track, the metro could only run in one direction. The loop was therefore closed at Sixaem Central, through Old Electron Airbase and Lost Dimension, only to return to Lonaty.
Evolution
Line 13 then proceeded to evolue into a testing ground for new vehicles and technologies. Line 13 saw the MP73-MeaxisNetwork, the MeaxisNetwork Administrate Test Train, and recieved a track, originally named "13+" or "13a" that branched off to Haxo. That track then became Line 14.
Overhaul
After several years, it was decided the line would get an overhaul. It was rebranded from Line 13 to Line A, and recieved a branch at Sgt. Ledroit. The line would now go through Darbas, terminate at Obrie St., and return to Lonaty, while the tracks to Sixaem Central were being renovated.
Furthermore, this overhaul saw the arrival of Snowdrop/Anee trains to replace the oldening Alee models.
Future
In the future, the Darbas branch will be recalled into Line B and Line A will lose its loop to become a 2 directional line.
Lonaty Street has been turned into Crowsek, and the terminus has been moved to Letonaty, one stop away from Crowsek. However, Letonaty is not yet fit for passengers, so it does not accept any, the trains just skipping the station and de facto terminating at Crowsek.
So far only a few stops have been retrofitted for a 2-track solution: Letonaty, Crowsek, Shizen, and Seylin.
Until then, trains terminate at Seylin, on the historical siding platform. Some trains continue to Sgt. Ledroit and then turn back to Letonaty.
