Effective on the 22nd of October, 2024, the Rules of the MNWorld are set forward for all existing and new members and must be accepted to continue participation in the MNWorld.
Cordiality
As reminders:
- THIS IS NOT REAL LIFE - THIS IS A ROLEPLAY (or at least a shared project): We do not and will not tolerate dramas of ANY kind. By drama is nott mean wars, wars are something else and they exist to make the history of the roleplay and the lore live; what I do NOT tolerate is needless childish drama.
- Harassment of ANY KIND is prohibited and will be dealt with by immediate replacement of your country with a desolate land with nothing in it and your DEFINITIVE UNAPPEALABLE exclusion from this group.
- Wars are here to make the history of the lore live and are not necessarily negative: you need to understand the concept of fair play and to accept that someone can declare a war on you.
We require each member to show a certain amount of cordiality. On the MN World, the following behavior is not tolerated:
- Garbage responses such as "i don't care",
- Vulgar or offensive language aimed at a person, such as insults, disrespect, use of expletives,
- Spam, flood, useless filler,
- Any kind of discrimination.
Leadership
The MNWorld is per agreement a split project at equal decision stake with Meaxis and Bergel. One may take a decision of leadership but the decision of one may be vetoed by the other.
Any decision of leadership may be overridden by a vote comprising 3 fourths of all members of the MNWorld (excluding the vetoing party).
Title of Official map maker
Bergel is currently the "Official map maker" for the MNWorld. This title comes with the duty of respecting the territorial claims of everyone and not just of his country but the reward of being the person responsible for the artistic direction of MNWorld.
The maps made by the Official map maker must reflect the complete claims of every involved party (by the use of dotted lines, for instance) or must not recognize any conflicted claims.
Title of Coordinator
Meaxis is currently the "Coordinator" for the MNWorld. This title comes with the duty of ensuring that all actions taken respect these Rules but the reward of being the person responsible for the good unraveling of the roleplay.
Territorial claims
A country may acquire new territory as it sees fit. However, an integration period set by the Coordinator (that may be challenged if deemed unfair) exists to assume the propagation of the country's armed forces into the land.
If two countries make a territorial claim over one piece of land, they may either resolve it swiftly, ignore the conflict and not recognize the other's claim, or go to war over the conflicted territory.
Wars
We aim to keep a constant "permanent territory" for a country (which is the territory that has been significantly developed in the way of maps, creations, assets, or projects). Such territory may not be taken through a war.
