Q&A - Requests
What's a request?
Sometimes, you need help with using Ordonnia or one of its services. Thankfully, Ordonnia puts at your disposal a team of experts of our services to help you with them - they are called "Ordonnia Help"!
You can open a request by running /request open on the Ordonnia Discord server, or through the website in some cases. You can also ask one of our agents to open a request for you.
How do I view my requests?
Visit https://ordonnia.com/requests.
Who are the agents?
While you can't exactly know who the agents are, the agents that are part of the community are labelled as "Ordonnia Help" on all of our services.
The agent processing your request is anonymous, and may change throughout the life of your request.
What can I ask in a request?
You can ask all questions related to Ordonnia and the usage of the website or of the services around it, except for legal questions.
For *Super2FA, you can ask pretty much anything that goes on your mind - keep in mind that our agents cannot access or recover your vault.
For the Nysos Project, you can ask all questions about using the webmap, any support requests, and questions about "lore legality" - in other words, "can this element be integrated into the common lore of the Nysos project"?
Please submit commercial cooperation requests and payout requests through the relevant forms.
Copyright requests, security issues, legal questions, and anything that requires a website administrator's direct attention should be sent to [email protected].
Can I request something outside of the Requests system?
No, you cannot. If any Ordonnia Help agent processes a request for you outside of the Requests system, please let us know, as this is strictly forbidden to our agents, and as it may compromise your security.
How do I open a request if I do not have an Identity?
Please register for an Identity to open a request. Alternatively, please submit your request to [email protected].
