Arael is a weapon divided in 2, Over 500 trucks equiped with sound emitters and a satelite called Hallelujah orbiting and being stationary over Pacifica, whenever the order is set the Satelite will orbit till being over Pacifica, during that times trucks come around the target and plays "CHORUS: Hallelujah" by Georg Friedrich Händel in a volume that could break ears, The satelite then launch a light beam over a semi-precise target to blind the targeted people, the operation could take around 20 or 6H in goal to make the population goes crazy, the 500 trucks requiere the whole country electricity for a certain amount of time.
