Recieving your money in your Identity
Your money should arrive on your billing page. Your money will arrive once an Ordonnia Help officer validates that your task has been performed correctly.
Once you've recieved your money, a transaction will appear on your billing page and you will get an e-mail. If you're looking to know how you performed & how much you earned, you can check your billing page, and click on individual transactions to learn more about them.
Sending your money to an external account
Ordonnia offers many options to send your money to an external account. You can choose to send your money to your PayPal account, your bank account, in Robux, or in giftcards.
To take your money out of Ordonnia, you'll first need to be approved as a legitimate person. To do so, you either need:
- To have been approved as an Ordonnia Partner
- To have been accepted for the Payouts Programme
Once you've been approved, you'll be able to request a payout. You can do so by going to your billing page and clicking on "Request a payout". You'll be able to select the currency you want to be paid in, and the amount you want to be paid.
Joining the Payouts Programme
You may easily join the Payouts Programme by submitting an application. To do so, visit your billing page and click on "Apply for the Payouts Programme".
By default, we will require of you:
- A valid phone number (charges may apply as we may call or send a text to your number)
- A valid Ordonnia Identity
- Your country of residence
Furthermore, every platform has its own requirements. While it is recommended to fill every field for each platform you are interested in, here is a non-exhaustive list of requirements:
All transactions in Euro or United States Dollar
- Your full legal name
- A valid PayPal account e-mail
- You to have joined the "Ordonnia Financial Department" group in the last 14 days.
- A valid Roblox account & its username (not display name!)
The name of the service on which you want to be paid (e.g. Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, etc.)
Submitting a payout request
To submit a payout request, you'll need to be approved as a legitimate person. Follow instructions above.
Once that's done, visit your Billing Page and click on "Request a payout". You'll be able to select the currency you want to be paid in, and the amount you want to be paid.
How long does it take to get paid or accepted?
All requests are processed under 14 working days at most. After 7 days, it is recommended to contact Ordonnia Help to check on the status of your request.
