Why do I want an Identity?

An Ordonnia Identity lets you use many of Ordonnia's projects. Furthermore, it also allows you to:

• Accumulate an account balance you can then use in Ordonnia or pay out into various currencies
• Keep track of your activities on Ordonnia
• Personalise the services you use on Ordonnia

How do I register an Identity?

You can register an Identity at the Identity page. You will need:

• A valid e-mail address
• A password with lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and special symbols

What if I lost the password to my Identity?

There is a reset password link to your Identity on the the Identity page. If you're still lost, you can also click this direct link to the reset password form.

I forgot my date of birth or e-mail, can you help me?

I have trouble with creating or using my Identity, can you help me?

Of course! As a first, make sure that your password meets requirements, that your e-mail is valid, and that you've filled everything correctly.
