Constitution of the Nysos Project

The Nysos Project is a collaborative worldbuilding project created in early 2020. It is based on the universes of Ordonnia and off Bargva's various lore works.
While it does have Roblox elements, it is not a Roblox RP.
Expected behaviour
You are expected at all times to (loosely) follow Ordonnia's Community Guidelines, and more broadly its Core Policies.
Furthermore, you are expected to follow good roleplay practices, such as:
- You must not insult, harrass, threaten, or show any inappropriate behaviour both in-roleplay and outside of the roleplay;
- You must not cause drama. That clause does not include things such as in-RP political drama, but you must ensure that everything you do in-RP does not affect the sentiment of people out-of-RP.
- At the core of it, remember we are here to have fun. If your actions do not contribute to you or others having fun, then they are not in adequation with the founding principle of the Nysos Project.
Leadership
The Nysos Project is per agreement a split project at equal decision stake with Meaxis and Bergel. One may take a decision of leadership on his own, but the decision of one may be vetoed by the other up to 14 days after the decision was publicly announced.
Any decision of the leadership may be overridden by a vote comprising three-fourths of all Heads of State (or Prime Minister-equivalents) of the Nysos Project.
Title of Official Map Maker
Nobody is currently the "Official map maker" for the MNWorld. This title comes with the duty of respecting the territorial claims of everyone and not just of their country but the reward of being the person responsible for the artistic direction of MNWorld.
The maps made by the Official Map Maker must reflect the complete claims of every involved party (by the use of dotted lines, for instance) or must not recognize any conflicted claims.
Bergel was historically the official map maker. However, after he deposed himself of his duties, this title was removed from him. He, however, periodically continues to update the project's map out of his own will but has no obligation (and as such no formal leadership) over the project.
Title of Coordinator
Meaxis is currently the "Coordinator" for the MNWorld. This title comes with the duty of ensuring that all actions taken respect these Rules but the reward of being the person responsible for the good unraveling of the roleplay.
Country creations
A new country is created upon approval from both Meaxis and Bargva.
If an applicant country's project is sponsored by another country by the transfer of that country's territory to the applicant country, then the sponsor country's Head of State shall be responsible for the applicant country's Head of State's upholding of this Constitution, at the discretion of the Coordinator.
Territorial Claims
A country may acquire new territory as it sees fit. However, an integration period set by the Coordinator (that may be challenged if deemed unfair) exists to assume the propagation of the country's armed forces into the land.
If two countries make a territorial claim over one piece of land, they may either resolve it swiftly, ignore the conflict and not recognize the other's claim, or go to war over the conflicted territory.
Wars
We aim to keep a constant "permanent territory" for a country (which is the territory that has been significantly developed in the way of maps, creations, assets, or projects). Such territory may not be taken through a war.
